INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Preparation: For the absolute best results, we recommend washing your armpits in the shower with a mild, cleansing soap (e.g., Black Citrus). This removes odor-causing bacteria, giving the fresh minerals the best starting point.
Application: Make sure your skin is completely clean and dry. Scoop a small amount of cream (pea-sized) with your fingertip or the included spatula, and gently massage it directly into the entire armpit. It absorbs very quickly without leaving the skin greasy.
Transition phase: If you are switching from a conventional antiperspirant with aluminum, your body may need 1-2 weeks of 'detox,' during which it sweats a little extra, before the minerals and skin find their natural, odor-free balance.
